This picture is the original Senior League fence looking from center field towards left field. Directly behind the fence the land sloped drastically into a wooded ravine. The fence is so high due to the field being so short. The logs were placed along the fence to prevent erosion and to keep balls, and kids, from falling through and down the hill. It may not have been the greatest field, but it was all we had, and we were glad for it.
