Queensboro Avenue in 1933, looking from Chelton Avenue down towards Berkshire Avenue and Woodbourne Avenue, then up the hill to Bay Ridge and beyond. Sewer work is being done at the bottom of the hill along Berkshire Avenue in preparation for the paving of the portions of Queensboro that are still unpaved. The photos below show Queensboro between Fordham Avenue and Norwich Avenue in 1933. The final photo shows the same location two years prior, in 1931.
