This July 4, 1920 photo, taken near the corner of Brookline Boulevard and Glenarm Avenue, shows a throng of Brookliners gathered for the 7th Annual Independence Day Celebration. The parade was an annual event from 1914 to 1968, sponsored by the Brookline Board of Trade and later the Chamber of Commerce.
