A nice view of East Brookline from atop Clippert Street, near Resurrection Church. Most of the homes to the left were built during the 1920s. Milan Avenue, Bellaire Place and the homes on Brookline Boulevard line the hillside to the left. This area was, nearly a century ago, the Hayes Farm.

The lower end of Brookline Boulevard, below Breining Street, is partially visible. In the distance, the Senior highrise apartment complex stands tall where there was once a small shopping center at the corner of Breining and the Boulevard. To the right, out of view, is Brookline Park, once the Anderson Farm.
